Responsibilities
- Test front-end and back-end systems.
- Identify risks, assumptions, and gaps early in the development process.
- Investigate defects by following clues and testing hypotheses.
- Analyze and triage issues raised by customers and internal teams.
- Prioritize testing based on customer impact and business value.
- Improve testing practices, documentation, and ways of working.
- Mentor less experienced team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA or software testing experience.
- Experience in a SaaS or product environment is preferred.
- Ability to investigate software behavior rather than only execute test cases.
- Ability to assess risk, system behavior, and customer impact.
- Comfort testing both front-end behavior and back-end logic.
- Clear communication and effective cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Playwright and Postman experience is useful but not essential.
