Responsibilities

Identify high-impact opportunities by understanding team operations and uncovering inefficiencies.
Translate business challenges into automation and AI opportunities.
Prioritize initiatives based on impact, speed, and scalability.
Design and ship AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools.
Leverage custom code, APIs, and no/low-code platforms for solutions.
Own solutions end-to-end from concept to production to iteration.
Partner with functional leaders to ensure solutions are integrated into daily workflows.
Lead internal enablement through trainings, playbooks, and demos.
Create repeatable patterns for teams to build on independently.
Align with executives on priorities and tradeoffs.
Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly.
Shape how AI is embedded into each organization's operating model.
Define success metrics for initiatives and build dashboards to track impact.
Continuously iterate based on data and feedback.
Develop foundational assets like prompt libraries and SOPs.
Standardize the building and scaling of AI solutions internally.
Ensure operations maintain security, quality, and reliability.

3–6 years of experience in product, operations, technical program management, or similar roles.
Proven track record of identifying problems and building solutions.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably startups.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and execute quickly.
Expertise in using tools like ChatGPT and similar in daily workflows.
Experience with LLM APIs, prompt design, and agent-based workflows.
Comfortable working with executives and influencing across functions.
Experience driving internal adoption of tools or systems.
Background in building internal knowledge bases or enablement programs.
Familiarity with workflow orchestration and integrations is a plus.
Experience with data infrastructure or analytics tooling is a plus.
