Responsibilities
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across the application lifecycle, including building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure and onboard and configure applications on DevOps tools according to client requirements.
- Build and customize DevOps tools, create user-access workflows, and provide access according to defined processes.
- Collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting that connects application code with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment in DevOps environments.
- Provide internal and external customer support, resolve tool-related tickets within required turnaround times, and follow escalation procedures.
- Troubleshoot critical and recurring issues and perform root cause analysis.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory experience with AWS Native application services.
- Ability to work with application, development, testing, and operations teams on DevOps automation and deployment processes.
- Ability to provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and follow escalation processes.
