Responsibilities
- Complete a 12-month engineering development journey focused on building foundational technical and business skills.
- Participate in global induction, engineering bootcamp, group projects, skills development, and departmental learning opportunities.
- Develop toward a Cloud Engineer role using Python and public cloud development with AWS or Azure.
- Work with colleagues and technology teams in a collaborative environment and contribute to wider society through volunteering or CSR initiatives.
- Progress into a permanent LSEG role aligned to a business division from the start of employment.
Requirements
- Be a final-year undergraduate or Master’s student who completes course requirements before August/September 2027, or be a fresh graduate from the class of 2026.
- Study Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Informatics, Physics, Electronics, or a related discipline, or demonstrate equivalent technology interest through projects, extracurricular activities, or work experience.
- Demonstrate genuine interest in technology through studies, work experience, extracurricular activities, internships, coding, technology use, or personal projects.
- Demonstrate interest in financial markets, curiosity about data, analytical thinking, strategic thinking, resilience, adaptability, communication, and collaboration.
- Have the right to work in the UK without restrictions for the duration of the graduate programme and permanent employment.
