Base Salary
$154k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AWS solutions with partner engineering teams from proof-of-concept through customer delivery.
- Architect agentic systems using Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, Step Functions, Lambda, and EventBridge.
- Pair-program with partner teams, conduct code reviews, debug distributed systems, and iterate on customer-facing solutions.
- Create reusable reference implementations, starter kits, deployment templates, and documentation using CDK, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
- Own technical relationships with large consulting partner customers and advise them on growing their AWS practices.
- Develop reusable GenAI design patterns for multi-agent orchestration, tool use, and autonomous workflows.
- Author AWS blogs and whitepapers, contribute to open-source projects, and present solutions at AWS events.
- Provide deployment feedback and feature requests to AWS service teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, or infrastructure, with a strong hands-on building background.
- 3+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying applications on AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Experience with hands-on work managing complex technology projects.
- Proficiency in one or more of Python, Java, TypeScript, or Go, with experience building customer-facing applications and automation.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code using CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform and with CI/CD pipeline design.
- Experience building scalable programs and repeatable processes using various tools and methods.
- Preferred experience with contact centers or AWS and other cloud services.
- Experience building agentic AI applications, including multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered automation.
- Familiarity with agentic design patterns including tool use, function calling, chain-of-thought reasoning, human-in-the-loop workflows, and autonomous task execution.
- Experience with SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, OpenSearch, and Kendra.
- Experience with large consulting partners such as Accenture, Deloitte, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, DXC, or Cognizant.
- Experience with observability and debugging distributed systems at scale.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to executives and engineering teams.
- AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect Professional, AI/ML Specialty, or relevant Specialty certifications are preferred.
