Responsibilities
- Run demos, workshops, office hours, and enablement sessions for developers.
- Help teams identify practical AI coding tool use cases across coding, testing, refactoring, documentation, and code review.
- Create reusable examples, patterns, guidance, FAQs, playbooks, demo scripts, and workshop materials.
- Gather developer feedback and translate usage patterns into recommendations for platform and product teams.
- Develop guidance for responsible and productive use of AI coding tools in a regulated enterprise.
- Partner with engineering leaders, platform owners, risk partners, training teams, and senior technology leaders to identify blockers and define effective usage.
- Build a community of AI coding tool champions and support cross-team knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to rollout planning, usage analysis, adoption strategy, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Software development experience with exposure to modern engineering workflows, developer tooling, and pull requests.
- Practical experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- Ability to evaluate where AI coding tools add value and where they introduce risk.
- Comfort leading demos, workshops, and enablement sessions for varied audiences.
- Clear, credible written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize developer feedback and usage patterns into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to build trust with engineers through honest, practical, and technically grounded engagement.
- Familiarity with enterprise SDLC practices or regulated technology environments is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for AI coding tools, curiosity about developer workflows, adaptability, experimentation, and cross-team collaboration.
