Responsibilities
- Design, develop, refactor, and optimize core system components.
- Research and implement solutions for complex business and technical problems, especially in high-concurrency scenarios.
- Contribute to architecture decisions focused on scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance.
- Participate in requirements analysis, system design, testing, deployment, and operational monitoring.
- Collaborate with local, regional, and business unit teams and share technical knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of software development experience with Java programming is preferred.
- Strong understanding of operating systems, network principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with Spring Core, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
- Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience with Kafka, RocketMQ, Dubbo, Zookeeper, Redis, and common open-source frameworks and tools.
- Deep knowledge of MySQL, including schema design, SQL optimization, and database scaling strategies.
