Base Salary
$168k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate AI-powered services and internal applications to improve productivity.
- Implement robust back-end services using languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Own projects end-to-end, including requirements, design, implementation, and testing.
- Partner with various teams to ensure safe and compliant AI usage.
- Define and track success metrics and run experiments to validate impact.
- Create and maintain shared tooling and documentation for applied AI development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python, Go, or Java.
- 2+ years of experience integrating ML or LLM capabilities into applications.
- Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containers (Docker).
- Proficiency with SQL and experience building or maintaining data pipelines.
- Experience owning services end-to-end, including CI/CD and observability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
