Base Salary
$103k - $222k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Solutions teams to translate business needs into Salesforce and Oracle CPQ solutions for account management and customer engagement.
- Write, develop, test, debug, and maintain production-level Salesforce and Oracle CPQ code, integrations, database components, and automated testing code.
- Conduct root cause analysis of user-reported issues and implement scalable resolutions.
- Analyze requirements and document technical specifications for development and governance.
- Manage source code repositories, version control, and production-ready deployments.
- Coordinate QA and UAT testing to verify new functionality before release.
- Collaborate with Release Management, Technical Governance, and Change Advisory teams to meet organizational, regulatory, and security standards.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand processes, drive adoption, and improve solution effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 2 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on experience writing, testing, debugging, and maintaining production-level code with Apex and Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and proficiency in Apex or another object-oriented language such as C, C#, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce development, integrations, APIs, source control, automated testing, and production deployments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Preferred: cloud-based or enterprise SaaS software development experience.
- Preferred: experience with Oracle CPQ languages such as BML and XSLT.
- Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
