Base Salary

$130k - $150k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead complex CRM solution design initiatives supporting sales, marketing, service, and customer experience teams.
Design end-to-end CRM architectures, including data models and integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Consult with internal stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors to translate business needs into CRM solutions.
Establish and champion the CRM technology roadmap, including adoption of automation and AI-driven platform capabilities.
Provide technical direction, training, and mentoring to CRM developers, administrators, and architects.
Potentially lead other architects in developing CRM architecture best practices, governance, and data management and security standards.
Provide technical oversight to align CRM solutions with enterprise technology direction and data governance standards.
Monitor CRM platform advancements and propose strategies for adopting new capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or commensurate experience.
At least 10 years of experience in software development or CRM systems implementation delivering complex solutions.
Five to seven years of experience as a technical architect leading design initiatives for large-scale CRM solutions.
Strong expertise in CRM platforms, data modeling, relational databases, CRM data architecture, and system integrations.
Knowledge of network, server, and cloud infrastructure used to host CRM platforms.
Strong communication, business translation, motivation, mentoring, and technology-adoption abilities.

Annual compensation range is $130,000 to $150,000, depending on experience.
