Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead development and implementation of architectural strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Guide teams through software design and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key cross-team decisions.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance solution capabilities.
- Mentor and support team members in their professional and technical growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 6 years of experience in Solution Architecture is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Solution Architecture is required.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software systems.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and deployment models.
- Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies.
- Experience with performance optimization and system reliability.
- Strong problem-solving, influencing, advisory, and cross-team collaboration skills.
