Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Develop RESTful APIs and scalable, high-performing software using Spring Boot and Java.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance and software quality.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, manage team activities, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of database management and integration techniques.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- 15 years of full-time education.
