Responsibilities
- Lead and define architecture, data, and cloud strategy for the largest client accounts
- Present to C-level executives and align strategic objectives with Celonis technical strategy
- Identify and architect innovative solutions using emergent technologies such as Agentic AI
- Bridge Celonis product and engineering teams with client technical teams
- Assess the IT landscape maturity of the regional customer base
- Support both pre-sales and post-sales engagements with customer architecture and security teams
- Coach Celonis consulting teams and ecosystem partners on architecture, integration, performance, scalability, and implementation issues
- Develop reusable assets, customer-facing position papers, thought leadership presentations, technical designs, and stakeholder presentations
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience as an architect, CTO at a top consulting firm, or enterprise architect
- Strategic ability to connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex technical concepts to C-level executives
- Experience with capability mapping, enterprise modernization, and Agentic AI
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS solutions, ERP, SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow, cybersecurity fundamentals, API ecosystems, and legacy on-premise enterprise architectures
- Strong background in data architecture, integration patterns, data operations, automation, and data-related development using SQL and Python
- Ability to code or assemble demonstrations of proposed architectures
- MSc in Computer Science or an equivalent Information Technology-related field
- Fluency in English; Swedish or Danish is advantageous
- Preferred Celonis certifications and experience with OCPM and Case Centric Data Pipelines
- Preferred AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications
- Preferred ESB or ETL certifications, including Mulesoft, Oracle, SAP, Talend, or Informatica
- Preferred TOGAF or Zachmann certification
- Experience in at least two business domains and at least two listed industries
