Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain MuleSoft APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Develop APIs using RAML and OAS specifications and build RESTful services with Mule 4.
- Implement Experience, Process, and System APIs following API-led Connectivity principles.
- Develop reusable flows, DataWeave transformations, and connectors.
- Consume and expose SOAP and REST web services and integrate Salesforce, SAP, databases, HTTP, FTP/SFTP, and JMS systems.
- Perform unit testing with MUnit and deploy applications to CloudHub, on-premises environments, and Runtime Fabric.
- Monitor APIs using Anypoint Monitoring and Runtime Manager.
- Troubleshoot production issues, provide timely resolutions, participate in code reviews, and follow MuleSoft best practices.
- Analyze business requirements, translate them into technical requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create technical API and integration documentation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing server-side applications with Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL/NoSQL, RESTful APIs, and web services.
- Experience with Express and other Node.js frameworks.
- Knowledge of authorization mechanisms including JWT and OAuth.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, testing practices, application deployment pipelines, and Git.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
- BTech, MTech, MCA, or equivalent listed engineering qualifications are required.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 certification is preferred.
- Exposure to AI features within the MuleSoft ecosystem is an advantage.
