Responsibilities
- Analyze prospective partner and client business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Brossa.
- Codify, configure, and deliver formal specifications for insurance products across lines including marine, aviation, and political violence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and customize technical solutions aligned with client goals.
- Develop product expertise and provide strategic guidance and recommendations.
- Demonstrate product value to internal and client stakeholders.
- Build and manage platform integrations while providing ongoing technical support.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in programming.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing scale-up environment and adapt to ambiguity.
- Solutions-driven approach with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to the platform.
- Collaborative approach with an emphasis on product quality.
- Experience in insurtech, insurance, or related industries is especially valued.
- Experience working in a distributed environment is especially valued.
