Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end onboarding for clients and trading counterparties from kickoff through successful production deployment.
- Lead technical integrations involving APIs, FIX connectivity, and platform configuration.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, and external stakeholders to deliver implementations on schedule.
- Manage onboarding timelines, milestones, and progress communication.
- Configure and validate client environments across Talos trading and portfolio systems.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolutions with engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and integration best practices.
Requirements
- Require 3+ years of client onboarding or implementation experience within capital markets or financial technology.
- Require strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to lead structured implementation processes.
- Require experience with institutional trading systems, market connectivity, or financial infrastructure.
- Require working knowledge of SQL and command-line environments.
- Require familiarity with configuration management, source control, and basic scripting, with Python preferred.
- Require exposure to FIX protocol, REST APIs, and JSON-based integrations.
- Require strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
- Prefer experience onboarding clients to trading, OMS, EMS, or portfolio systems.
- Prefer understanding of capital-markets workflows and electronic-trading infrastructure.
- Prefer experience coordinating integrations across exchanges, liquidity providers, or institutional counterparties.
