Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS solutions, including MOCA, Page Builder, reports, labels, and integrations.
- Own technical solutioning for inbound, outbound, inventory, and RF warehouse workflows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and high-performing WMS designs.
- Develop hands-on solutions using Java, C, MOCA, and SQL.
- Review code, enforce standards, and promote reusable engineering practices.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and design decisions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate delivery with functional consultants, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
- Support configuration, deployments, upgrades, cloud migrations, and production issue resolution.
- Drive WMS performance, scalability, stability, and security.
- Assist with project planning, estimation, and delivery commitments.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management.
- Strong hands-on experience developing Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS solutions.
- Expertise in MOCA, Page Builder, reports, Integrator, labels, commands, extensions, triggers, and workflows.
- Proficiency in Java and/or C-based WMS frameworks.
- Strong SQL, Oracle, and DB2 database skills.
- Experience with RF screen development and warehouse device integration.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/version control, and build tools.
- Exposure to Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience with 3PL or retail warehouse implementations.
- Experience with Blue Yonder WMS upgrades or cloud migrations.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations.
- Exposure to automation testing or framework-based validation.
- Experience working in global onsite–offshore delivery models.
- Strong technical leadership, mentoring, communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and delivery skills.
