Base Salary
$140k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conceive, design, build, and launch new user-facing features.
- Implement new AI features to enhance customer tasks.
- Work with Twilio's API, WebSockets, and WebRTC for calling and SMS features.
- Build user-facing analytics features based on sales activity data.
- Enhance the web app with real-time updates using GraphQL Subscriptions.
- Improve real-time collaboration user experience.
- Leverage AI LLMs from providers like OpenAI and AssemblyAI.
- Expand frontend GraphQL usage and extend the React component library.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building modern frontend single-page applications in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with at least 3 years using React.
- 8+ years of experience for Staff level candidates.
- Significant experience designing, debugging, and optimizing frontend applications.
- Experience with REST APIs and a thorough understanding of HTTP requests.
- Experience in code reviews and maintaining code quality.
- Strong product sense and ability to think through user experience issues.
- Located in the USA (ET, CT, MT, PT time zones).
