Base Salary
$60k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions and data models.
- Configure Data Streams, Data Lake Objects, Data Model Objects, and Identity Resolution.
- Manage data ingestion and integration pipelines using APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools.
- Configure Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Data Actions.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
- Troubleshoot data quality, integration, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and business teams.
Requirements
- Require 5–8 years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud expertise.
- Require strong knowledge of Data Cloud architecture, data modeling, identity resolution, and segmentation.
- Require experience with Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft or other integration tools, SQL, and data transformation.
- Require strong proficiency in SQL, data transformation concepts, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Require familiarity with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and data privacy and compliance standards.
- Require Salesforce Data Cloud certification.
