Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications using Angular, .NET, and SQL Server across front-end, back-end, and database components.
- Build and optimize REST APIs, microservices, SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and performance-critical queries.
- Deploy applications using Docker containers and support cloud-native development, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Contribute to solution architecture, application modernization, scalability, performance, security, and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Perform code reviews, secure coding, testing, compliance checks, defect resolution, and performance troubleshooting.
- Deploy and maintain development, test, QA, staging, QAT, and UAT environments.
- Provide production support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, deployment support, monitoring, and logging.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver requirements and use cases.
- Lead process improvement and technical automation efforts and mentor less experienced developers.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, REST API integration, .NET Framework, .NET Core or .NET 8+, and ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, database design, data modeling, stored procedures, and performance-critical queries.
- Knowledge of Docker, container orchestration concepts, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Azure or AWS, cloud architecture fundamentals, cloud deployment concepts, monitoring, and logging.
- Ability to collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders and to mentor junior developers.
- Preferred experience in banking and financial services, including branch banking, payments, lending, deposits, transaction processing, API security, DevSecOps, and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes is an advantage.
