Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, manage releases, and maintain system stability.
- Lead end-to-end development of scalable applications using React.js and Python.
- Design reusable React components, routing, state management, responsive interfaces, and frontend performance improvements.
- Develop Python backend services and microservices using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Design, secure, document, and integrate REST APIs, asynchronous services, and third-party interfaces.
- Implement database integrations with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or equivalent platforms.
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, and AWS or Azure.
- Lead code reviews, automated testing, debugging, performance tuning, deployment readiness, and production support.
- Make technical and team-level decisions and contribute to architecture, technology, security, and implementation decisions.
- Coordinate project delivery, mentor junior team members, and establish coding standards, reusable patterns, documentation, and engineering practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders and help teams resolve complex frontend, backend, API, integration, performance, and production issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- The posting seeks 10–12 years of overall full-stack application development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in React.js frontend development and Python backend development.
- Strong knowledge of React components, React Hooks, lifecycle, routing, Redux or equivalent state management, asynchronous data handling, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask for backend services, APIs, business logic, and microservices.
- Experience developing REST APIs, authentication and authorization, asynchronous services, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and working knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or other relational or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD automation, and deploying applications on AWS or Azure.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks for frontend and Python backend components.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, testable, secure, and well-documented code.
- Understanding of microservices, cloud-native application design, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and SDLC methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, mentoring, stakeholder-management, and technical-leadership skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
