Base Salary

$173k - $260k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to complex life sciences enterprise customers.
  • Architect technology solutions and AI-first Agentforce solutions for commercial and clinical operations.
  • Lead internal strategic initiatives that grow the consulting practice and contribute to the community knowledge base.
  • Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies that increase business value.
  • Manage risks, customer expectations, complex negotiations, and issues through complete resolution.
  • Review and correct project and program direction, approaches, and artifacts to keep solutions maintainable and extensible.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, clients, and third-party partners.
  • Contribute to program vision and articulate strategies involving enabling technologies and the Salesforce Platform.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
  • 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects.
  • Strong application design, data architecture, integration architecture, and security architecture skills.
  • Experience in the life sciences industry, particularly pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical organizations.
  • Background in pharmaceutical commercial operations, field force engagement, HCP/HCO relationship management, or regulatory compliance.
  • Strong presentation, communication, analytical, business process optimization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong experience with integration concepts, designs, and patterns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications or Salesforce Certified Agentforce Life Sciences Consultant certification preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Life Sciences or equivalent life sciences CRM platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of HCP/HCO structures, Affiliations, Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Affairs, and compliant engagement workflows preferred.
  • Experience delivering implementations for major pharmaceutical companies and familiarity with the agentic enterprise model preferred.
