Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own and drive development, implementation, assessment, support, and strategy for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code; establish engineering best practices and conduct code reviews across engineering levels.
- Architect and drive the health, performance, availability, and resolution of system and client-experience impacts.
- Serve as the deep technical expert, mentor junior engineers, and own the team training program.
- Evaluate new technologies, define platform architecture guidelines, and explain technical trade-offs to business owners.
- Apply security standards and oversee role and permission implementation for lending systems.
- Create, review, and approve technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts.
- Recommend technology standards and best practices across the bank.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
- 8+ years of application development experience in financial-services technology, including lending, collections, online banking servicing, and account originations.
- Deep technical experience with the Oracle Banking Platform software.
- Strong experience with WebMethods, DataPower, Docker, Jenkins, Git, Eclipse, Java, SOAP, REST, and SAML.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery environments, automated testing, and test-driven development.
- Strong experience implementing security, roles, and permissions for lending systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to formulate and design complex solutions, understand business needs, and lead software development lifecycle strategies.

- Base salary range of $96,000 to $181,000 annually, plus eligibility for incentive compensation; compensation figures are excluded from structured salary benefits.
