Responsibilities
- Design and develop conversational experiences using Yellow.ai, Kore.ai, or similar chatbot platforms.
- Define conversation flows, intents, entities, and dialogue strategies for natural and effective interactions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to conversational developers and designers.
- Establish best practices for NLP, conversation design, testing, and continuous optimization.
- Analyze conversation analytics and user behavior to improve chatbot performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to align conversational solutions with business goals.
- Stay current with advancements in conversational AI, NLP, and NLU technologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of conversational AI development experience, including experience in a senior or lead role.
- Strong understanding of NLP, NLU, and dialogue management concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Yellow.ai, Kore.ai, or an equivalent chatbot platform.
- Proven ability to design and manage complex, multi-turn conversational experiences.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
