Responsibilities
- Design, organize, and execute test strategies, plans, suites, and regression tests in collaboration with development teams.
- Conduct nonfunctional tests for system load, performance, security, scalability, usability, and deployability.
- Review test plans and software requirements documents for completeness and provide input on product effectiveness, integration, and usability.
- Analyze and prioritize technical problems, identify and escalate project risks, and verify fixes for reported defects.
- Review automated test results with the Quality Assurance Automation Engineer.
- Develop automated tests, scripts, and testing software to support regression testing.
- Document and report test results, defects, and user documentation using established systems.
- Promote and improve software development standards and testing and evaluation techniques.
