Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Perform maintenance and configuration activities for Kronos modules, including accruals and timekeeping.
- Migrate systems from WFC to Pro WFM using Navigator, Paragon Transfer Manager, and Data Migration Tool.
- Support functional testing, integration testing, and UAT activities.
- Assist customers with testing, solution understanding, and system handover.
- Configure business structures, labor categories, tiles, display profiles, CRT tables, and integrations in Pro WFM.
- Develop custom reports and support SQL reporting and WIM integrations.
- Mentor junior team members and complete assigned tasks independently.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in the Pro WFM domain is required.
- At least 5 years of overall experience is required.
- Mandatory experience migrating from WFC to Pro WFM.
- Hands-on experience with Navigator, Paragon Transfer Manager, and Data Migration Tool.
- Strong Kronos functional expertise in timekeeping, accruals, and basic scheduling.
- Knowledge of Business Structure Setup, Labor Category Setup, Tiles Setup, and Display Profiles Setup in Pro WFM.
- Practical experience or knowledge of Dell Boomi.
- Knowledge of managing CRT tables and integrations in Pro WFM.
- SQL Reporting, WIM Integration, Data Views Setup, and BIRT custom reporting are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, creative problem-solving, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
