Responsibilities
- Build and support APIs and integrations using MuleSoft.
- Develop reusable integration components and API policies connecting enterprise systems, data platforms, and AI applications.
- Onboard and manage agents and MCP servers through Agent Fabric, including governance, access controls, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor API traffic and security signals with Wallarm and investigate anomalous behavior.
- Troubleshoot APIs and integrations using logs, metrics, requests, responses, and platform telemetry.
- Contribute to automated testing, deployment automation, platform configuration, production operations, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
- Maintain documentation and operational runbooks and collaborate with data, application, security, and AI teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of software engineering, integration engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or related experience, including internships or substantial project experience.
- Programming or scripting experience with Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Foundational understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, authentication, and API integration concepts.
- Experience developing, consuming, testing, or troubleshooting APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with APIs, services, messaging, data transformation, system connectivity, Git, source control, testing, code reviews, CI/CD, cloud platforms, containers, deployment concepts, and application/API security.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues using logs, API requests and responses, system behavior, and monitoring data.
- Preferred qualifications include MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, Mule applications, API-led connectivity, OpenAPI, RAML, Agent Fabric, MCP, LLM applications, generative AI, Wallarm, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWTs, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Terraform, Ansible, and observability tools.
- Coursework, internships, personal projects, or open-source contributions involving APIs, integration platforms, cloud services, cybersecurity, or AI agents are valued.
