Base Salary
$94k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy specialized AI agents with planning, decision-making, and sub-orchestration capabilities.
- Create and maintain MCP or function-calling tool interfaces for internal APIs, design-system component libraries, validation tools, and related services.
- Develop prompt-engineering strategies and contextual guidance for LLM-powered workflows.
- Implement agent logic that validates design, accessibility, development, and security standards across digital assets and codebases.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to gather requirements and refine agent behavior.
- Extract workflow insights and metrics to assess agent performance and impact, especially from a design and UX perspective.
- Monitor advances in AI agents, LLMs, design tools, and developer platforms and apply relevant solutions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional software engineering experience focused on AI/ML development, LLMs, or agentic systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with FastAPI and asynchronous programming is valued.
- Solid understanding of LLMs and AI agent development principles.
- Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow and model fine-tuning concepts.
- Experience or familiarity with Gemini, OpenAI GPT models, Claude, Llama, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, RAG, vector databases, containerization, and deployment methodologies.
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, or complex enterprise systems is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, user-experience, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bonus qualifications include Figma API or plugin development, WCAG knowledge, MLOps, open-source AI contributions, and familiarity with React, Vue, Angular, HTML, or CSS.

- Primary location salary range is $94,300.00–$141,500.00.
