Responsibilities
- Deliver new components of the Client Onboarding system within a self-contained Scrum team.
- Design, create, and maintain automated component, integration, system integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Develop web UI and REST API test automation and collaborate on effective test strategies and plans.
- Participate in the full sprint lifecycle, including estimation, design, feature rollout, and collaboration across disciplines.
- Review product requirements and verify end-to-end functionality before features are released.
- Investigate defects, non-conformance issues, and product quality problems, and recommend process improvements.
- Integrate Copilot agents with CI/CD pipelines to provide automated quality checks and actionable delivery feedback.
- Design and configure GitHub Copilot agents for repetitive QA workflows such as test case generation.
- Create prompt frameworks and evaluation criteria for reliable, secure, and context-aware AI agent behavior.
- Use agentic AI to analyze requirements, user stories, API contracts, and test assets to identify missing scenarios and improve risk-based coverage.
- Build AI-assisted REST API testing workflows using HTTP requests and responses, JSON payloads, and OpenAPI or Swagger definitions.
- Monitor and improve AI agent performance through feedback loops, test-result analysis, and prompt and workflow refinement.
- Collaborate with QA, development, and DevOps teams to embed intelligent test engineering into the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of automation testing experience, preferably using the .NET stack or TypeScript.
- Experience with web UI testing using Playwright, Selenium, or a similar framework.
- Experience with REST API testing and a good understanding of RESTful API architecture and modern web application design.
- Understanding of testing levels and their roles, software architecture concepts, and the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience with Agile software development practices and professional engineering practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, review requirements, estimate work, and meet production deadlines.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate in English and work effectively as part of a team.
- Preferred experience with client onboarding and account management systems, fraud and compliance systems, non-functional testing, and distributed multidisciplinary teams.
