Responsibilities
- Define technical strategy for the Payment Intelligence portfolio focusing on quality and performance.
- Champion a quality-first engineering culture by establishing standards, tooling, and processes.
- Partner with large merchants to co-build future payment-centric intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and ML teams to deliver top-notch software.
- Contribute across the stack, including infrastructure, front-end, API, and ML-adjacent work.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in a strategic technical leadership role.
- Experience leading engineering teams on distributed systems, API design, and user-facing products.
- Proven track record of delivering pragmatic solutions that drive business growth.
- Ability to manage projects at a high level while also contributing hands-on to technical solutions.
- Effective communication skills and experience working cross-team and cross-functionally.
