Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to support prospects during their Rippling evaluations.
- Serve as an overlay expert on advanced Rippling Platform capabilities.
- Understand technical requirements and communicate the business value of Rippling’s Platform.
- Manage and support technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts tailored to prospects’ objectives.
- Build custom applications and solutions using no-code tools, Rippling Query Language, workflows, integrations, and APIs.
- Create, present, and maintain technical content for customers.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams and contribute to product and go-to-market strategy.
- Develop expertise across the Rippling platform and competitor landscape.
- Collaborate with Solutions Consultant peers and leadership to build the Solutions Consulting organization.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of pre-sales experience with a modular or configurable platform.
- Hands-on experience building proof-of-concepts and demonstrations and working with APIs using Postman or a similar tool.
- Ability to understand, write, and test API calls and use basic SQL.
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a bias toward action who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
