Base Salary
$114k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand the end-to-end technical flow of projects.
- Collaborate with business partners and architects to recommend and implement best-practice solutions.
- Influence technical solutions through knowledge sharing, brainstorming, and technical problem-solving.
- Assist with code reviews and reinforce standard software development practices.
- Help develop, maintain, and improve software applications and deliver complex project deliverables.
- Explore innovative solutions and conduct proofs of concept.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of professional experience and/or training.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Experience working in a full-stack environment.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, practices, and industry architectural standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and technical influencing skills.
