Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own post-sale workflow automations like health scoring and churn signal detection.
- Partner with Growth Strategy and Product Support to translate business needs into automation requirements.
- Build tooling that surfaces customer context for GSMs at critical moments.
- Extend Clay's platform into new use cases and provide feedback to the product team.
- Understand the revenue motion and identify areas for improvement.
- Own projects from discovery to rollout, focusing on automation and system design.
- Design systems that enhance speed, visibility, and data quality across the funnel.
- Measure performance and business impact of built solutions.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in RevOps, GTM Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
- At least 3 years in RevOps/Sales Ops or GTM Engineering.
- Experience with core systems like Salesforce and customer success tools such as Gainsight.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, SQL, or TypeScript.
- Experience deploying AI-powered tools and automations.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Experience in analytics engineering or data science is a plus.
