Responsibilities
- Drive architecture and technology decisions for efficient, secure, robust, reliable, and scalable solutions.
- Own feature development across the full software development lifecycle.
- Deploy, maintain, and improve solutions supporting seller identification, acquisition, and growth processes.
- Own the operational excellence, security, availability, and results of software solutions.
- Write high-quality, efficient, and testable code and recommend improvements to development, maintenance, and system standards.
- Partner with recruitment, product, engineering, and program management teams across regions.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, Go, .NET, Java, or equivalent programming languages.
- Experience designing and building large-scale systems in multi-tiered, distributed environments.
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
- Experience leading engineering teams as a mentor or tech lead.
- Preferred: experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
- Preferred: cloud technology certification such as Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional, or Cloud DevOps Engineering.
- Preferred: experience building generative AI and agentic AI solutions.
