Responsibilities
- Lead a team of quality engineers through cross-functional planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement automated testing frameworks and end-to-end testing strategies.
- Define testing metrics and manage test execution, reporting, and defect resolution.
- Integrate automated testing into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Analyze complex software systems to identify automation opportunities and troubleshoot test execution issues.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate testing activities with project managers and development teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in automated testing.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools, frameworks, and test script development.
- Experience analyzing complex software systems and identifying areas for test automation.
- Experience integrating automated testing into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting and test reporting skills.
- Experience with Java Standard Edition is preferred.
- Equity derivatives domain expertise is required for the role.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
