Responsibilities
- Design and evolve Application Managed Services operating models.
- Define service frameworks for Application Maintenance and Application Development.
- Design end-to-end application support, maintenance, enhancement, and development services.
- Define governance frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs, and reporting structures.
- Support service transition and service transformation initiatives.
- Promote Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
- Help clients build, transform, and mature their Application Managed Services capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and delivering Application Managed Services solutions.
- Strong experience managing application support, maintenance, enhancements, and development activities.
- Experience with Application Managed Services, Application Maintenance Services, Application Development Services, and Application Support Services.
- Experience with service design and governance, application lifecycle management, service transition, and service transformation.
- Experience with release management, continuous service improvement, application portfolio management, and enterprise application services.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, ITIL-based service management environments, and Microsoft technology environments.
