Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test engineering solutions in a high-throughput, low-latency microservices environment.
- Enhance system observability through metrics, monitors, and alerts.
- Translate product user stories into actionable engineering tasks.
- Take ownership of one or more team domain areas.
- Use automated AI tools in accordance with company policy.
- Participate in on-call rotations according to the team escalation policy and support schedule.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively across teams and systems, including mentoring and adapting to a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency with .NET Core, C#, and ORMs.
- Experience with ReactJS or similar frontend frameworks and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Postgres.
- At least five years of software engineering experience.
- Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering, or relevant work experience.
- Preferred experience with Azure or AWS.
- Preferred experience with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Preferred experience with Apache Kafka, Kinesis, and/or SNS/SQS.
- Ad Tech domain knowledge is preferred.
