Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality features for Reltio’s large-scale master data management platform.
- Work with product managers to define roadmaps, goals, and KPIs.
- Provide technical and execution leadership, shape architecture, and present designs to global architects.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, documentation, and other cross-functional teams on testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Champion engineering excellence through code coverage, coding guidelines, and review processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and communicate effectively with global stakeholders and customers.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in a computer science field.
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, software design, and large distributed systems.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing products for enterprise customers.
- 2–3 years of experience building large-scale distributed data systems using Java and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience taking functionality from conception through delivery and engaging customers and partners to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Experience with performance optimization, code profiling, and Java application runtime analysis.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; managed cloud databases and queue services; SaaS products; Apache Spark; Apache Flink; Snowflake; Databricks; cloud data warehouses and data lakes; cloud security principles; and Kubernetes.
