Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams on strategic enterprise opportunities and lead technical discovery sessions.
- Advise CTOs, platform engineering teams, and AI engineering leaders on infrastructure and platform solutions.
- Design AI infrastructure architectures using Mirantis k0rdent, Kubernetes, and open-source ecosystem technologies.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable Kubernetes-based platform solutions, reference architectures, and deployment patterns.
- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, conference talks, and technical content.
- Lead customer proof-of-concept engagements, prototype AI workload and developer-platform deployments, and validate solution fit.
- Demonstrate operational workflows for AI infrastructure and MLOps.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing and provide field insights for product strategy and go-to-market plans.
- Build reusable architectures, solution patterns, and technical assets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting in France or another French-speaking European country.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales for cloud-native or infrastructure platforms.
- Hands-on experience designing or operating Kubernetes-based systems.
- Strong expertise in several areas including Kubernetes, multi-cluster management, Helm, Operators, CRDs, AI/ML deployment pipelines, model serving, MLOps frameworks, GPU-accelerated workloads, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, hybrid cloud, on-premises infrastructure, DevOps, and observability.
- Experience with or knowledge of Kubeflow, MLflow, Ray, or similar frameworks is relevant.
- Strong consultative communication skills, customer empathy, technical curiosity, and ability to explain complex systems clearly.
- Passion for open source and emerging infrastructure technologies, with an entrepreneurial bias toward action.
- Preferred qualifications include CNCF ecosystem experience, AI infrastructure or MLOps platform experience, Kubernetes or cloud certifications, and open-source community participation.
