Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable software solutions and services that help sellers operate across countries and markets.
- Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams to translate seller needs into technical implementations.
- Build tools and systems for customs handling, logistics coordination, and multi-currency transactions.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
- Improve existing systems using seller feedback, performance metrics, and evolving business requirements.
- Mentor engineers or lead technical designs, architecture, or engineering teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 5 years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- At least 5 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team lead.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: at least 5 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
