Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy AVEVA Composable MES workflows, production models, asset hierarchies, and reusable templates for global manufacturing sites.
- Design and implement integrations with SAP ECC, shop-floor equipment, PLCs, OPC-UA, Kepware, and other operational technology systems.
- Support requirements gathering, FAT, SAT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Improve OEE, downtime management, quality, traceability, and production performance.
- Work with manufacturing stakeholders to deliver MES/MOM solutions and support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience delivering MES/MOM solutions in manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on expertise with AVEVA MES and related AVEVA technologies.
- Strong knowledge of SAP integration, ISA-95 manufacturing architectures, OPC-UA, Kepware, and manufacturing data management.
- Understanding of production, quality, maintenance, and traceability processes.
- Experience analyzing OEE and downtime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- All roles require a level of security clearance, including BPSS, Security Clearance, or Developed Vetting.
