Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Design and implement solutions within SAP Transportation Management systems.
- Integrate SAP TM modules with other enterprise systems.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance for reliability and scalability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to team and cross-team technical decisions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge and best practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business and project goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management is required.
- Strong experience designing and implementing custom software solutions within transportation management systems.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience integrating SAP TM modules with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance for reliability and scalability.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
