Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy automated system integration testing frameworks.
- Review and validate OpenAPI/Swagger REST specifications and Avro schemas.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to address integration discrepancies early.
- Integrate LLMs and generative AI tools within the testing lifecycle.
- Author and execute high-fidelity integration test scenarios across multiple systems.
- Validate intermediate component builds for version synchronization.
- Develop AI agents for log-scraping and root cause analysis.
- Lead cross-functional engineering pods toward shared quality goals.
- Mentor Senior Software Quality Engineers and Software Engineers in Test.
- Conduct chaos engineering experiments to validate system resiliency.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software development or test automation engineering experience.
- 5+ years in a senior or lead capacity with enterprise-grade systems.
- Expert programming skills in Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with modern test automation frameworks like Playwright.
- Hands-on mastery of microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency in AWS cloud native services.
- Background in regulated domains like HealthTech or MedTech is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
