Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of domain-specific conversational AI agents for public-sector domains including Agriculture and Education.
- Advocate for code quality and system reliability through design reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and on-call health practices.
- Refine open-ended technical problems into tractable projects and develop innovative solutions for scaling and reliability.
- Apply AI-first software development lifecycle practices across requirements, design, implementation, coding, and code reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience programming in Go or Python.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development and designing or implementing distributed systems or cloud-native infrastructure, LLMs, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Preferred experience includes 6 years in AI/ML and software development, plus distributed systems, generative AI agents, cloud, and full-stack development.
