Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate onboarding projects, meet customer business requirements, and drive user adoption.
- Deploy vulnerability management solutions and design architectures for different asset classes and environment sizes.
- Develop integrations, scripts, and tools to address customer-specific technical challenges.
- Improve implementation processes, efficiency, and post-sales delivery performance.
- Build customer relationships and provide technical support and service.
- Explain end-to-end integrations and complex technical solutions to less technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate transitions from pre-sales to post-sales with the Sales team.
- Collaborate with Product to prioritize and productize impactful solutions.
Requirements
- Understand cybersecurity concepts such as attack vectors and the kill chain.
- Understand compliance frameworks and policies including NIST and ISO.
- Have customer or stakeholder engagement experience involving technical project management or consulting.
- Have programming experience with Python or another object-oriented language.
- Be able to configure and deploy software integrations.
- Demonstrate rapid learning and creative problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: experience with security tools or vulnerability management platforms, including SIEM, SOAR, or IDS.
- Preferred: experience with data ingest pipelines, ETL, or automation.
- Preferred: understanding of cloud concepts and PaaS.
- Preferred: ServiceNow configuration and end-user experience.
- Preferred: enterprise customer technology integration experience.
- Be able to work autonomously on complex tasks within a team and work in the EST time zone.
