Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Develop solutions with C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, .NET Framework, REST APIs, web services, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Develop, configure, administer, and support SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, content types, permissions, forms, integrations, migrations, and governance practices.
- Design and troubleshoot Power Automate workflows integrating SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SQL Server, and external applications.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for administration, automation, monitoring, reporting, deployments, user provisioning, health checks, and operational maintenance.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, monitor application availability and performance, resolve incidents within SLA commitments, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support releases, deployments, patches, upgrades, maintenance activities, preventive fixes, and critical incident management.
- Coordinate with US-based stakeholders, business users, and technical teams, including participation in on-call support rotations.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in .NET development and application support.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and PowerShell.
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, .NET Framework, REST APIs, web services, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Experience administering SharePoint Online, including sites, permissions, document management, migrations, and governance.
- Experience providing L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting incidents, monitoring applications, performing root-cause analysis, and supporting releases and upgrades.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, interact with US-based clients and business users, and support US business hours.
