Responsibilities
- Build connections between Watershed and client systems and configure the platform to meet client goals.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations, including scripts for managing data connections.
- Analyze complex datasets and create client-facing dashboards and reports.
- Consult with clients on goals, best practices, and learning data ecosystems.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and influence product improvements.
- Develop automation and deployment workflows using Jenkins and occasionally contribute to Watershed’s core product.
- Build client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and train clients on Watershed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on programming experience, ideally with Python, data wrangling, API integrations, and software automation tools.
- At least 3 years of experience implementing SaaS, data science, analytics, or reporting software in a client-facing role.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain data pipelines and system integrations.
- Proficiency in SQL and MySQL.
- Experience with Python and Java development.
- Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD automation.
- Ability to translate client challenges into actionable technical solutions and manage multiple assignments independently.
- Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, analytical, ownership, and initiative skills.
- Experience with learning data, xAPI, SCORM, and JSON is preferred.
- Familiarity with corporate learning ecosystems is a plus.
