Responsibilities
- Architect and lead scalable full-stack enterprise application development.
- Design RESTful APIs, MCP servers, and AI-agent implementations for business-process automation.
- Lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and stakeholder collaboration for in-house applications.
- Implement observability-as-code and infrastructure-as-code for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Design and manage data pipelines for KPI and metric reporting.
- Provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and security and quality standards.
- Mentor junior developers and foster technical excellence across the engineering team.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Expertise with Python, React, SQL or NoSQL databases, cloud technologies, and DevOps.
- Strong banking or financial services domain knowledge and understanding of enterprise architecture.
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes, containerization, and microservices architectures.
- Strong written, oral, communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capability.
- Experience with MCP servers, AI agents, and intelligent automation is preferred.
- Advanced observability-as-code experience, including Terraform, Helm, and infrastructure-as-code tools, is preferred.
- Product management or technical roadmap planning experience is preferred.
- Data engineering experience with ETL/ELT tools, Airflow, Kafka, or Spark is preferred.
