Responsibilities
- Advise customers and partners on Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform architectures, deployments, adoption, optimization, and digital transformation solutions.
- Identify cross-solution opportunities and map Microsoft solutions to customer business outcomes, return on investment, and technology requirements.
- Anticipate, escalate, and mitigate technical and business blockers to accelerate deployment, usage, consumption, and value realization.
- Manage customer and partner engagements, risks, governance, operational processes, and delivery across sales stages.
- Build relationships with technical and business decision makers, including CIO, CISO, and other C-suite stakeholders.
- Translate customer feedback into insights and recommendations for Microsoft engineering, product offerings, roadmaps, and bug prioritization.
- Lead customer confidence and dissatisfaction resolution efforts and improve customer experience and transformation outcomes.
- Mentor team members, lead technical readiness and upskilling activities, and assemble virtual teams around customer and technology challenges.
- Lead presentations, conferences, seminars, technical meetups, webcasts, blogs, hackathons, and other internal or external technical engagements.
- Develop and contribute to intellectual property, structured frameworks, methodologies, and scalable models for Copilot and AI scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, liberal arts, or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant experience may include cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting.
- Preferred qualification: a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
- At least 4 years of experience working on technical projects.
- Technical certification in cloud technologies, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certifications.
- Experience or knowledge related to Copilot and Power Platforms.
Benefits
- Base pay is listed at USD $106,400–$203,600 per year across the U.S.; a separate San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area range is listed at USD $137,600–$222,600 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
