Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of specialized enterprise applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact and subject-matter expert for the project.
- Coordinate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and organizational decisions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions across teams.
- Oversee implementation of best practices to improve productivity and project quality.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.
- Manage application integrations and data flow and translate requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Workday Recruiting is required.
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required, with a stated minimum of 8 years in Workday Recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration in enterprise environments.
- Experience leading software development projects and coordinating with diverse teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
